Step-by-Step Onboarding
Procedure Sent by Seller Mandate
The Seller Mandate sends the full transaction procedure to the End Buyer or Buyer Mandate.Buyer Accepts Procedure & Pricing
The Buyer must accept the provided procedure without any changes, along with the pricing structure.Introduction Call Setup
A call is scheduled between the End Buyer and the Seller Mandate to establish mutual understanding.Refinery Name Disclosure
Once all parties confirm readiness to proceed, the Seller Mandate discloses the name of the Refinery.Due Diligence by Buyer
The Buyer conducts due diligence (DD) on the disclosed Refinery.Submission of ICPO and CIS
The Buyer provides a complete ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) along with a full CIS (Customer Information Sheet).Proceed as per Procedure
Further steps follow the transaction-specific procedure (FOB, CIF, etc.).
