Welcome to our client onboarding process. This step-by-step guide outlines the procedure for initiating a secure and structured transaction with our team.

Step-by-Step Onboarding

  • Procedure Sent by Seller Mandate
    The Seller Mandate sends the full transaction procedure to the End Buyer or Buyer Mandate.

  • Buyer Accepts Procedure & Pricing
    The Buyer must accept the provided procedure without any changes, along with the pricing structure.

  • Introduction Call Setup
    A call is scheduled between the End Buyer and the Seller Mandate to establish mutual understanding.

  • Refinery Name Disclosure
    Once all parties confirm readiness to proceed, the Seller Mandate discloses the name of the Refinery.

  • Due Diligence by Buyer
    The Buyer conducts due diligence (DD) on the disclosed Refinery.

  • Submission of ICPO and CIS
    The Buyer provides a complete ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) along with a full CIS (Customer Information Sheet).

  • Proceed as per Procedure
    Further steps follow the transaction-specific procedure (FOB, CIF, etc.).
