Dermal Filler Treatment

Achieve Natural-Looking Results with Safe & Effective Fillers

Enhance Volume, Restore Youthfulness, and Define Facial Features

Dermal fillers are volume-enhancing substances designed to restore lost volume, smooth fine lines, and enhance facial contours. They effectively rejuvenate the skin by plumping targeted areas, creating a youthful and refreshed appearance.

At Nova Kosmetikk, we believe that beauty is more than just appearance—it’s about confidence, self-care, and feeling your best. Our clinic, established in 2023, is dedicated to providing high-quality aesthetic treatments in a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.

Located in the heart of Oslo, we specialize in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, helping our clients achieve natural, youthful, and radiant results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ejal 40 is injected using a 5-point technique into the dermis layer of the skin. This technique, known as BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points), is designed to minimize risk and maximize the distribution of the product.

The product is injected at five specific points on each side of the face, with 1 ml per side. The injections are administered slowly, and the treatment is not painful.

The most common areas for Ejal 40 treatment are the face and neck.

For the first 12 hours after the treatment, avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area.

You should also refrain from:

  • Applying makeup or skincare products to the area

  • Using a sauna

  • Exercising

  • Exposing the area to extreme cold or heat

The results of an Ejal 40 treatment typically appear within 1-2 weeks and last for approximately 12 months. The effect gradually fades during the last few months.

For optimal results, it is recommended to repeat the treatment 2-3 weeks after your first session, although visible improvements are often noticeable after just one treatment.

Like all hyaluronic acid-based products, Ejal 40 is non-permanent, meaning it naturally breaks down over time. To maintain the results, it is beneficial to repeat the treatment 1-2 times per year.

The potential side effects of Ejal 40 are similar to those of other hyaluronic acid-based fillers and may include temporary reactions at the injection site, such as:

  • Redness

  • Swelling

  • Itching

  • Pain

  • Tingling or throbbing

  • Firmness or uneven texture

  • Bruising

  • Discoloration

These reactions may occur immediately or shortly after treatment and can last for up to one week. Most side effects are caused by the injection process itself rather than the product and usually subside quickly.

As with any injection, there is a small risk of infection. This is not a complete list of potential side effects, but an overview of the most common ones. If inflammatory reactions last longer than a week or you experience other unexpected symptoms, contact a doctor immediately.

Immediately after the treatment, the injection sites may resemble mosquito bites, which typically disappear within 12-24 hours.

There may also be temporary bruising, but in most cases, you can return to work the next day.

Anesthesia is not necessary for an Ejal 40 treatment, as it is considered very low on the pain scale (2 out of 10).

However, if you prefer a numbing cream, please inform your clinic in advance, as it requires approximately 30 minutes to take effect.
