Everyone at TDY homes was great from start to finish. Gaby helped ensure the initial paperwork was smooth and answered any questions we had promptly. Excellent location just minutes from Ramstein Miesenbach where we had all our business. Dog walking trails just up a little road with several choices for which direction. The staff at TDY Homes is always super responsive, flexible, and friendly.

He spent time walking us through our temp home to make we were comfortable and safe, while also peparing and serving breakfast daily for guests at the TDY Homes Hotel. TDYHOMES was far more impressive than we could have imagined. The front desk staff (Louis and the kind lady who checked us in) was so kind and professional, and they ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The hotel and rooms are very modern and up to date, and simply wonderful! The free laundry machines and detergent were awesome, and the free breakfast was amazing! Lastly, do not be put off by the lack of air conditioning as it is not needed because the large windows, as well as a floor fan if you need it, is more than enough to keep your room cool/cold. TDY Homes is a definite 5-star hotel. Stay here—you won’t regret it!

I have been staying at TDY Homes for the past three weeks, and the staff are the ultimate hosts and have gone above and beyond to make my stay a home away from home. My first interaction was with Gaby who was instrumental in arranging my accommodation and organizing airport pickup. She maintained constant communication to ensure that my arrival in Germany went smoothly. Upon reaching TDY Homes at the Hotel Schattner in Landstuhl, the check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. When I moved to an apartment on the property, I found it exceptionally beautiful. I accidentally left a purse with jewelry in my previous room, but the staff was kind enough to return it with everything intact. In the mornings, Louis is always friendly, breakfast is always delicious and he attends to the guests' needs. Tony is equally pleasant and helpful, and the entire staff makes being away from home much easier. If you're looking for a temporary apartment in the Landstuhl/Ramstein Air Force Base area, I highly recommend TDY Homes.

Great place to stay. They have quite a few nice places available in a great location. Abby and the staff were great and worked with me around all details of my arrival, stay, and departure, including some unexpected changes. The place was extremely nice and had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

My partner and I stayed with TDY Homes long term twice, once in 2020 (Kindsbach Location), and once in 2024 (Hotel Schattner location in Landstuhl). Both experiences were astounding. The apartments are fully stocked and were perfect for us as we were in transit in the Ramstein Area. They come with fully stocked kitchens, full furnishing, and included wifi. Gaby and Stuart were delightful to work with and helped us when our plans took last minute shifts. If you stay in the Hotel Schattner, Louis will be making you amazing breakfasts every day. They were so pleasant to chat with as well. If we're ever back in the Ramstein Area, TDYHOMES will be our preferred location, no hesitation.

I wish I had taken photos to share how convenient the locations, cleanliness and amenities were. However, what cannot be captured in a photo is the over-the-top customer service; it’s amazing!!! Anyone affiliated with the military knows how stressful PCSing can be; TDYhomes goes above and beyond to reduce that stress. If you need something and don’t see it, just ask them!! Gaby, Princess, Louis, Udo and everyone else we encountered were so incredibly customer service oriented; we couldn’t have asked for anything more! In the past we have always opted for hotels….. this was such a pleasant change, much more like being “at home” while you’re away from home. Thank you TDYhomes!… we also appreciated your superb communications via text/email from our initial inquiry, reservation, check-in and throughout our stay

We've been staying with TDY Homes for about 4 weeks and the experience has been 5 star. The customer service from Gaby and Princess demostrates clear and responsive communication; check in and overall visit management has been easy with them, especially important since this is our first time in this type of TLA accommodation. The apartment is very clean, furninshed, with easy to use kitchen appliances and laundry machines. Louis helped us get settled in during check in and walked us through the operation of the apartment. He is very polite and attentive. Louis also does a world class job of running the breakfast meal with amazing skill in food preparation--everything in that breakfast area is excellent!
